Visual Art

Goosensei creates works of art on both walls & canvases, looking towards abandoned urban landscapes and the natural world for inspiration. He emulates shapes found in plant life to create densely patterned pieces in combination with bright vivid colours and raw style graffiti. His work represents an energetic style of modern art which engages the viewer & encourages a sense of explorative fun.

Goosensei creates live art at a range of events including Canvas and Dead Pixels in his hometown of Birmingham, as well as at various live music events. He painted at the extremely successful City of Colours street art festival in both 2014 and 2016 and in 2015 painted a mural as part of the live installation for the innovative and environmentally friendly Solar Box launch in London.

As well as live painting at events, Goosensei has been commissioned  for a range of projects. In 2016 he painted a sculpture for The Big Sleuth and in 2015 he was commissioned to paint for The Big Hoot project, where his owl sculpture was sold at auction raising over £5,500 for Birmingham’s children hospital. His piece ‘Infinite Growth’ was published in the Bristol-based zine Ink Soup and photos of his street art have been featured in the Birmingham Mail.
